CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) - FRACTIONAL
Fractional | Equity / Share Options Considered | Remote / Midlands
Opportunity
Most Fractional CFO assignments involve joining a business after the important decisions have already been made.
This opportunity is different.
The successful CFO will play a significant part in the strategic growth of the company from day one. Determining how the business is funded, scaled and positioned for future growth.
Working directly with the Founder and alongside experienced technical, operational and industry specialists, you will have genuine influence over funding decisions, capital allocation, future investment rounds and company strategy from the beginning.
This can be a straightforward fractional assignment, a long-term strategic relationship or potentially evolve into a larger role as the business grows.
Company
We are a tech startup, building an AI-powered platform that is a leap forward in how companies map out their business processes. We know the BPMN world, we have experienced leaders and the technical know-how.
The problem that we solve is significant. Process mapping is a prerequisite to making improvements to a business, such as implementing AI. It is also critical to prove compliancy to certain legislation. Our software does it faster and better, no matter what format the data is in, or how messy it is.
At present, the business consists of a small group of founding experts and the product is currently at beta stage. Alongside the software platform, we can also support customers through consultancy services whilst the product is commercialised and scaled.
We are currently pre-revenue and seeking the right forms of finance and investment to fund global growth plans.
Remuneration
We are open to structuring the opportunity around the right individual and the value they can bring. Whether that’s a day rate, retainer, sweat equity, share options or a blended arrangement.
