Due to rapid growth, Reedmace Talent are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to win and deliver Talent Acquisition projects for UK tech startups.

Role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will work from home with travel to customer sites and will be responsible for:
Sales
- Full sales cycle from generating interest to closing deals and then delivering Talent Acquisition projects.
- Prospecting & building a database of potential customers. Running workshops, creating video introductions, cold calling, meeting clients, preparing proposals and closing deals
- Average deal sizes vary from £10k - £150k
Consultancy
- Managing Talent Acquisition projects and hiring entire companies from board level down
Talent Acquisition
- Aligning client's talent acquisition strategy to the goals of the company
- Advising on the talent acquisition process and cost
- Optimising our client’s systems, process and people
- Helping fulfil the recruitment needs for key, strategic and urgent hires
Other duties
- Focused marketing and advertising campaigns including video content and social media
- Providing outstanding customer experience over the telephone
- Other administrative duties in line with the business requirements
- The Talent Acquisition Consultant will receive training and mentoring to progress their skills and enjoy attractive success-based bonuses alongside a salary. There will also be opportunities for fast progression and promotion for the right people.

Background
We are flexible on the background for the right person, however we would expect the ideal candidate will either have worked in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment or B2B sales.
This role is ideal for a recruitment consultant or headhunter who wants the experience of working in-house, without losing the ability to earn commission. They will gain experience of senior hires such as C-level and Non Executive appointments.
We are open to applications from people who wish to move into a sales role such as recent graduates looking to fast track their career and earnings.
