Role Overview
- Sales executive to join the Birmingham sales team
- Selling a tech platform to property and land owners
- Selling UK property both pre and post auction
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets & KPIs
- Managing relationships
Candidate Requirements

Ideally previous experience in real estate property valuation as a property valuer or sales negotiation as a sales negotiator, with auction knowledge and a proven track record of hitting targets.

We would also encourage any sales people from property or B2B backgrounds who have proven success hitting sales targets. This could include but is not limited to, Estate Agents, Recruitment Consultants, Insurance sales and gym sales people who have demonstrably hit targets and are looking to take their career forward.
