Sales Development Representative - London

Sales Development Representative – Remote with European travel 

A unique opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to work for a pivotal company in the ever changing, and fast growing, industry of conversational AI.

Our business serves the conversational AI market, by helping organisations create AI Assistants that talk to people via chatbots and voice applications. We're the largest training and certification company for people working in this industry and our proven approach is powering billions of conversations per day. 

We sell our courses to both corporations and individuals involved in conversational AI, and to this point we’ve grown organically, without the need for a sales team. We are looking to capitalise on our market position and hire a Sales Development Representative to help us to realise our growth potential.  This is a game changing role for somebody looking for career advancement in a lucrative and expanding market. 

The Sales Development Representative will be based remotely with monthly travel to Amsterdam.

THE ROLE  

 

  • Reporting directly to the COO 

  • Qualifying inbound leads and inquiries and following up respondents to events 

  • We have a product in demand globally, so you’ll have a Global client base and remit, and unlimited potential 

  • Finding new opportunities through outbound prospecting 

  • Scheduling first meetings with potential customers for the sales team 

  • This role will be remote with travel to Amsterdam on a monthly basis 

 

THE PERSON  

 

Must haves:  

 

  • Previous experience in an outbound, lead generating role 

  • Proven business development success, using tools such as HubSpot and G-Suite 

  • A self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate their desire to succeed. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

 

Desirables: 

 

  • An interest or understanding of Conversational AI and wider learning  

  • Experience in European or Global sales
