Product Manager – London / Remote

The Product Manager can be based in London / Remote and travel to the office as required.

THE ROLE
Overview:
- Strategy – Full control of global product strategy reporting to the COO
- Full product lifecycle management
- Research and planning responsibility
- Product development – Expand and enhance platform capabilities of API driven and web delivered SaaS products
- Product deployment – working with internal teams to deploy winning products using Agile methodology
Reporting line:
The Product Manager – London / Remote reports directly to the COO
Interdepartmental dependencies:
Technical, Engineering, Development and Delivery, Marketing, Sales, Finance
Outcomes / targets:
Devise KPI’s for the platforms and products
- Deliver products within budget and timescales
- Deliver measurable competitive advantage
- Deliver measurable business uplift (Retention / new customers / increased turnover & profit)
THE PERSON
Must haves:
- Proven ability to devise and deliver successful global product strategies
- Full product life cycle
- Ability to devise success criteria and KPI’s
- SaaS products
- Leadership qualities
- Demonstrable success in assessing & identifying product opportunities through to deployment.
Desirables:
- Previous experience of Financial Services (including, Banks, Asset Management, Non-Bank lenders)
- Basic knowledge of Risk management
- Degree educated
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: Estimated £60 - £80k
Annual Bonus: 15%
