THE ROLE
With some Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience already (either agency or internal), the Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant will focus on winning new business as well as working alongside our senior team to deliver major projects at tech startups. We work with cutting edge tech such as autonomous vehicles, drones, artificial intelligence, web3, crypto, gaming, quantum computing and much more.
Alongside winning new business and helping to deliver projects, you’ll be involved in creating short form video content for CEOs, building a following on social media and helping to organise events for startups.
Logging into our virtual “Metaverse” daily, rather than going into an office, means this role is truly remote and flexible, yet gives a sense of unity and togetherness you don’t often find with remote positions. Come and play in our games room, try and beat us on the racetrack or just chill with us on the virtual beach! We’re in Bromsgrove, so if you’re Worcestershire or Midlands based, we can meet up In Real Life for quarterly get togethers and client visits more easily.

Our ideal Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant will:
