
Executive PA - £25k - £40k - West Midlands
Our client, a prestigious executive in the West Midlands is seeking an Executive PA to join their highly successful firm. As an experienced Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high level, professional and proactive secretarial support to a highly successful CEO, enabling them to achieve their strategic business objectives and focus on high-value activities that will advance the business.
This pivotal role requires an exceptional individual with solid organisational and commercial skills who is used to working with discretion, energy and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, proactive and detail-oriented multi-tasker, who can efficiently manage the Executive’s day-to-day responsibilities, support business activities and assist with dynamic projects.
What the role involves:

Communication - operating as a key point of contact by handling calls, managing and prioritising correspondence, drafting responses and maintaining professional communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that time is allocated effectively by researching, collecting and analysing information in advance.

Administrative support - organising and preparing corporate documents, reporting and other administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Diary management - ensuring efficient time management by scheduling appointments, meetings and events.

Project support - assisting in managing and coordinating projects, including tracking progress and deadlines.

Meeting co-ordination - preparing for and supporting meetings as required, and follow up on action items as needed.

Planning - travel, accommodation and corporate event arrangements.

Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant in a professional environment, supporting at C-level.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondences and documents.

Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Demonstrable problem-solving skills, exercising good judgment and initiative to take appropriate decisions.

A confident and resilient disposition with the ability to judge context, make connections and build relationships.

Intelligent commercial judgement and commitment to developing knowledge of the business and its’ objectives.

Flexibility towards travel and working arrangements with enthusiasm for meeting the evolving needs of the role and the business.

Understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation.

Hours: Permanent. Both part time and full time would be considered for the right candidate.
