This is a fantastic opportunity for a successful Demand Generation Marketing Manager with a proven track record to work at a HR Tech startup which is disrupting the industry with its mentoring software and has rapidly acquired users. Due to a recent acquisition, we are looking for strong Marketing professionals to grow the business by promoting this unique SaaS platform to organisations of all types (public sector, private businesses, universities, charities) and sizes (SMEs and corporates), across the UK and abroad.

As Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our B2B marketing:
- Reporting to the leadership team
- Responsible for demand generation strategy to achieve growth from £1m - £10m and beyond (up to £100m)
- Implementation of the marketing plan / AB testing and experimenting creatively to get quick results
- Autonomous role with later opportunity to grow the team
- Working in conjunction with marketing agency providers
- Working closely with Sales / Product teams
- Hands-on role focussing entirely on improving the number of MQLs and SQLs
This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketer experienced in targeting SME and middle market companies, as well as those at enterprise level.
It requires someone hands-on, creative, and focused on outcomes, who will be responsible for campaign ROI and tracking the data analytics of marketing.
You will also be responsible for identifying the most attractive business opportunities and developing the right marketing approaches to unlock them.

- B2B Marketing focussed on demand generation
- Grown a business from £1m to £10m
- B2B growth-based product marketing
- Experience of full range of digital marketing techniques
- Proven ability to hit measurable targets
- Must have marketed SaaS solutions
- Relevant Marketing qualification e.g. CIM
- Desire and ability to work at a Startup / fast scaling business in London
