Account Manager Fintech London / hybrid remote OTE £120k+ Uncapped
SUMMARY
This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished account manager to progress their career in Fintech by establishing an account management function to work alongside the successful new business team.
The Account Manager will take charge of a growing portfolio of £1m ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) with accounts in the UK and abroad.
The role has progression to either hire and manage a team or become a standalone senior sales person. Share options may also be on offer for the right person.

PERSON
Must haves:
- Experience as an Account Manager/ Relationship Manager/ Client Relationship Manager/ Business Development Manager
- Software sales to C-Level at SMEs in the UK
- Proven success, achieving targets in a related sales role
- Held targets of £500k - £1m
- Decent tenure in previous roles (at least one assignment with minimum 3 years and ideally with internal promotions)
- A structured approach to selling (ideally using a recognised professional sales methodology such as Challenger, MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, SPIN or Miller Heiman)
- Excellent communication, both written and oral
- A positive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
Desirables:
- Experience of selling into financial services companies
- Knowledge of risk management
- Degree educated
- Fluent in multiple languages a benefit but not essential
