We are offering a negotiable basic salary of circa £50k - £65k with uncapped commission, Performance bonus and OTE of £100k for two skilled SaaS salespeople to join and help shape this growing startup team. 31 days holiday and flexible hybrid working give this role the ultimate work/life balance.
Person:
- Proven consultative B2B salesperson who has achieved / exceeded sales targets (proven with figures in £ not just %)
- Full life cycle sales with a mix of strong New Business skills and Account Management
- Happy to sell over the phone either remotely or a couple of days a week from an office base in London SW1
- Demonstrates curiosity with strong questioning and listening skills
- Proactive software, technology or SaaS solution sales, ideally HR Tech
- Career minded and able to grow the business
- Proponent of social selling as well as traditional phone and face to face techniques

This is a fantastic opportunity for a successful Account Executive / Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales to work at a HR Tech startup which is disrupting the industry with its mentoring software and has rapidly acquired users. Due to a recent acquisition, we are looking for strong Account Executive / Business Development Manager professionals to grow the business by selling this unique SaaS platform to organisations of all types (public sector, private businesses, universities, charities) and sizes (SMEs and corporates), across the UK and abroad.
The Account Executive / Business Development Manager will be selling the SaaS solution to top-level HR executives such as Chief Human Resources Officers, Heads of Learning & Development, Heads of D, E & I and HR Managers as well as smaller business owners, using a channel validated approach.
The Account Executive / Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle, which includes plenty of top of funnel prospecting. With a focus on the UK/Ireland and Northern European markets, across a variety of industry sectors, the opportunity here is huge.
You will take full responsibility for finding and nurturing new business leads and conduct client meetings. Using SPICED methodology, you will earn uncapped commission.
The Account Executive / Business Development Manager role will suit a well organised, methodical and thorough salesperson who wants a hybrid mix of office (London SW1) and remote based work, building relationships with customers primarily over the phone. Any salespeople who are willing to travel into London Victoria twice a week will be ideal.
